1.    How To Enter: Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins and ends on the date and time specified above (Eastern Time (US & Canada)) (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period you may participate in the Promotion as further described above. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant (“Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of CNCPTS or “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries (“Entries”) and the overall administration of the Promotion. Entrant’s decision to participate in Promotion makes it possible for Entrant to  purchase certain product from Sponsor, but does not create a contract of sale. Entrant’s participation does not guarantee Entrant’s Entry will be selected. All Entries must be submitted before the end of the Promotion Period. Entrant should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Promotion.

2.     Eligibility: Unless otherwise specified above, Promotion is open only to those who are, as of the date of entry, legal residents of and residing in the United States, at least thirteen (13) years of age (those seventeen (17) years and younger (a “Minor”) must have their parent’s permission before participating in the Promotion.)  Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. Participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to the Official Rules and terms of the Promotion.

3.     Online Entry: Entrant must download the applicable app or visit the applicable website, (or log in to Entrant’s CNCPTS account, if applicable) to enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period, which may include completing an entry form and/or performing the task(s) provided. If Entrant does not have a CNCPTS account Entrant may create an account during the Promotion Period. Creating a CNCPTS account is free. An Instagram account may be required to enter. Entrant must submit all information requested by Sponsor, which may include, but is not limited to, email address, in-store pickup location, product size, full name (as displayed on Entrant’s  valid identification) and shipping/ delivery address, if applicable. All shipping/delivery address must be within the United States. Submitting an Entry does not guarantee the Entrant will win. Receipt of Entry will not be acknowledged and Entry will not be returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Once submitted, Entry cannot be modified or withdrawn.

Automated, duplicate or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Online internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel any Entry that Sponsor reasonably determines used any disqualifying method or other form of collusion to enter Promotion. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official time keeper for this Promotion.

4.    Selection and Notification of Winner: The winner of the Promotion will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received by Sponsor throughout the Promotion Period. All eligible Entries will have an equal chance of selection. The random drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days  after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry on or about 48 hours after the random drawing and Sponsor will process winner’s credit card reservation and winner will purchase selected product (i.e. the “prize”).  All prizes are non-transferrable and must be accepted as awarded. All transactions are final and not eligible for refund, exchange, return or cancellation. Any proof of winner email returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. Any payment method that cannot be authorized or processed may result in prize forfeiture. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively “the Prize Claim Documents”). Any winner seventeen (17) years and younger must have their parent or legal guardian sign the Prize Claim Documents. Winner must pay for prize, plus applicable shipping and taxes. Winner must claim prize at selected in-store location and in the selected size by the date and time frame given by Sponsor. Sponsor will not hold prize at selected in-store location beyond the date and time frame given by Sponsor. Any exceptions to Sponsor’s policies are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner agrees that Sponsor has made no warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any eligibility to accept prize.

5.     Prize(s): Sponsor will award the prize specified above. Sponsor will award one (1) prize to the winner.  Prize will be allocated as follows: one (1) Prize for the winning Entrant per Event.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize is $100.00 and the Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Promotion $600.00.  All Prizes will be issued in the form of store credit. Store credit, gift cards and gift certificates are  subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the United States (Local residents of Boston or New York City). If winner selected shipping/delivery during Entry winner will be notified once prize order has been processed and shipped to the specified shipping address and winner will receive tracking information for the order by email. If winner selected shipping/delivery during Entry winner cannot claim prize at any in-store location. If winner selected in-store pickup winner must claim prize at the in-store location selected during Entry. Winner must show proof of winner email and valid identification to Sponsor at in-store pickup. “Valid identification” includes, but is not limited to state, passport, military, or school ID, with photo and first and last name that matches the first and last name contained in the winning Entry and winner must claim prize by date and time frame indicated in the proof of winner email. Sponsor cannot ship/deliver prize to winner if winner is unable to claim prize at in-store location.  Payment will not be refunded if winner is unable to provide proof of winner email and valid identification. All transactions are final and not eligible for refund, exchange, return or cancellation. Payment will not be refunded if winner is unable to claim prize by date and time frame given by Sponsor. No substitution or transfer of  prize is permitted except by Sponsor. Any exceptions to Sponsor’s policies are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  Acceptance of a prize constitutes Prize winner’s acceptance of Sponsor’s policies and terms available online at cncpts.com/pages/policy-page.

6.   Privacy: Entrant acknowledges that if chosen as a winner, certain of Entrant’s personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner's list. All personal information submitted as part of the Promotion may be shared by and between the Promotion Entities, and each of the Promotion Entities will use such information in accordance with their respective independent online privacy policies. 7.     Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, perform the random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any policies or terms of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Promotion, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the Entry will be deemed ineligible.

8.     Facebook Disclaimer: Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

An Instagram account  may be required to enter.  If Entrant doesn’t already have an account, Entrant may visit www.instagram.com to create one for free. By participating via the Instagram platform, Entrant is subject to Instagram’s data policy and terms of use.

9.   Arbitration And Choice Of Law. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant and/or winner agree that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Streamlined Rules of JAMS and held in Boston, Massachusetts. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of  Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Massachusetts.  Promotion is subject to all other applicable federal, state and local laws.

10.  Other. The Promotion Entities shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to Entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to Entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. All Entries will become the property of the Sponsor on receipt and will not be returned. Sponsors policies, terms and the Official Rules are subject to change at any time at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW.

11.  Winner's List: To obtain a copy of any legally required winners list or a copy of the Official Rules, send the applicable request and a self-addressed, stamped, #10 envelope to Sponsor, including the Name of the drawing/Promotion at CNCPTS, 607 Boylston Street FL 7, Boston, MA 02116. Request must be received no later than 48 hours + sixty (60) days after the close of the Promotion Period.
