Where are your items shipped from?
- Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Kentucky.
Can I order something online and pick it up in-store?
- Items bought online are processed and fulfilled from our fulfillment center.
Do you offer consignment?
- All items sold are directly from the manufacturer.
Can I edit my order once I placed it?
- Once an order has been placed there are no changes that can be made. In order to make any changes, first cancel your order and place another order.
Can I change the shipping address after the order has been placed?
- Unfortunately, for security purposes, we aren’t able to change the address after an order has been placed.
How can I cancel my order?
- Please email [email protected] with your order number and email associated with your order. *Orders placed with items listed as “All Sales Final” cannot be cancelled or changed.
How do I return an item?
- All regular priced product may be returned for a refund in its original unworn condition within 30 days of purchase. Please email [email protected] with your order number and email address associated with your order. All returns are subject to a 15% or 30% restocking fee.
How do I sign up for the online raffle?
- All online raffles will be found under “News/Drawings.”
I can’t pick up my raffle win, can my friend or family pick it up with my ID?
- You must be present to pick up the raffle win. If you are not able to pick it up, it is forfeited.
How do I find out about upcoming releases?
- Please follow @cncpts on IG/Twitter to stay up to date with all of our release information.
How long does it take to ship?
- Orders can take 4-5 business days to process for fulfillment and shipping for delivery.
Can I use my school ID for raffles?
- Please bring your state issued ID.
