New Balance has reached back into its archives and will soon drop four distinct 574 styles, which will form to create the New Balance “Iconic Collaboration” pack. Much like the name suggests, the release draws creative influence from a handful of noteworthy collaborations alongside some of the industry’s most renowned select shops.
The pack consists of the reinterpreted Concepts x New Balance 997 “Rosé,” which released in 2014 and features a premium pig suede upper with croc-embossed accents. The Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 998 “Tassie Devil” made its debut in 2012 and is characterized by its purple-hued mesh/suede composition and speckled midsole. Introduced in 2007 we have the SNS x New Balance 577 “Erik” — combining suede, nubuck, and leather in deep shades of brown and green. And lastly, the mita sneakers x WHIZ LIMITED x New Balance 1700 spotlights a red, white, and blue color scheme with star-shaped perforations hitting the toe and collar.
The New Balance 574 “Iconic Collaboration” pack releases March 1 and will be available at each of the respective shops.
