Continuing our longstanding partnership with The Jimmy Fund, we were honored to be asked to participate in their 2023 Cow Parade of New England, benefitting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
The Cow Parade of New England is made up of 75 life-size cows designed by a range of artists invited to design a cow and placed in city landmarks. This year celebrates 75 years of progress and impact made possible by the Jimmy Fund community. Following the parade, each cow will be auctioned with proceeds going to provide compassionate patient care and groundbreaking cancer research for children and adults.
For our cow, we decided to put a twist to our 2012 Nike SB Dunk High ‘When Pigs Fly’ design. “The reason we picked the When Pigs Fly specifically is really based on us wanting to approach it from a different lens–light hearted, jovial, really keeping kids in mind. That’s ultimately the result we were looking for.” says Concepts Creative Director, Deon Point.
In pasture at the Boston Common by the visitor center, our cow will be on public display until September 7th.
