One silhouette, three styles. Puma’s Mostro makes a strong return in 2024 with new materials and colorways reviving the look and feel from it’s 1999 debut. Throughout the year, CNCPTS has released editorials speaking to each current release–Perf, Archive, and Ecstasy. 

For Perf, we took a trip to Mostro’s roots by exploring the streets of Venice, Italy finding hidden gems throughout the local favorite spots in the city. For Archive, we return to America highlighting a quiet early-fall weekend away in a New England colonial-style home. Lastly for Ecstasy we take inspiration from the vibrant colorways and have a night out on a city rooftop.

Named after the Italian word for “monster", the Mostro was originally inspired by two sports shoes – a sprinting spike from 1968 and a surfing shoe from the 80s. Mostro is well-known for its signature alternative Velcro closure system and non-slip dimpled sole with an overall style that “walks the line between sport and style”.
