Air Max Day returns as a celebration of heritage and what’s next, rooted in a legacy that began when Nike first introduced visible Air cushioning in 1987, changing sneaker design forever. That innovation continued with the Air Max 95, originally released in 1995 by Sergio Lozano, which pushed the concept further with its layered upper and bold, visible Air units.

This year’s lineup builds on that history with the Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble “Bandana,” Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble “Pink Foam,” and the Nike Air Max Liquid - three distinct takes on the evolution of Air. The Air Max 95 Big Bubble revisits the icon with an exaggerated Air unit, amplifying the original design for a more modern presence. The “Bandana” debuts with bold, layered paisley over the classic neon colorway, while the “Pink Foam” offers a softer, more understated take on a familiar favorite.

Looking ahead, the Air Max Liquid introduces a sleek, fluid design that signals the future of the franchise - bridging decades of innovation with a new, progressive aesthetic.

All styles release Thursday, March 26th at 10am at CNCPTS stores and the Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble “Bandana” will also be available on cncpts.com.
