Eligibility: The ‘New Era X Concepts: Panel Discussion with Jayson Tatum and Deon Point’ Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to those who are, as of the date of entry, legal residents of the United States and are at least eighteen (18) years of age (hereafter “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Concepts International LLC (“Sponsor”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, with Sponsor, “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry submission constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

Prize Description: Twenty-Five (25) Prize Winners will get the opportunity to attend an in-store event at Concepts (18 Newbury St, Boston, MA 02116)  on Thursday, March 23, 2023, with Jayson Tatum and Deon Point for a discussion on creative inspiration, personal style and collaborations. Estimated value (“ARV”) is $10.00 and total of all prizes awarded will not exceed $250.

 

Promotion Period: The Promotion will begin on March 22, 2023 at 11:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) until March 23, 2023 at 12:00AM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

 

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, you may participate in the Promotion via one of the entry methods listed below (“Entry”):

 

Entrant must email [email protected] with Entrant’s name and the name of a +1 to bring to the event. 25 winners will be selected at random by Sponsor to receive an invite to the Event, and Winner(s) will be notified via email if they have secured an invitation.

Conditions: All Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period.  Incorrect and/or incomplete Entries or Entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be void. You must have a Concepts account or create one to redeem the prize.  You must provide your Concepts registered email address and it must be your own Concepts registered email address.

By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for or any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Entrants and disqualify such Entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

 

Selection & Notification of Potential Winner: The potential winner(s) of the Promotion will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received by Sponsor throughout the Promotion Period. All eligible Entries will have an equal chance of selection. The random drawing will be conducted within twelve (12) hours after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry.  All prizes are non-transferrable and must be accepted as awarded. Any proof of winner email returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. Any exceptions to Sponsor’s policies are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner agrees that Sponsor has made no warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any eligibility to accept prize.

 

Prize(s): Sponsor will award the prize specified above. Sponsor will award one (1) prize to the winner.  There will be a total of twenty-five (25) total winners. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. The Winner shall be responsible for all travel costs to the Event location. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Acceptance of a prize constitutes Prize winner’s acceptance of Sponsor’s policies and terms available online at cncpts.com/pages/policy-page.   

 

Miscellaneous: The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW.

 

Arbitration & Choice of Law:  As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Streamlined Rules of JAMS and held in Boston, Massachusetts. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Massachusetts. Promotion is subject to all other applicable federal, state, and local laws.

 

Winners List: For the name of the Prize Winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Concepts “Hidden Promo code” Sweeps, Attn: Concepts Social Media, 607 Boylston St., 7th floor, Boston, MA 02116. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the close of the Promotion Period.
