Eligibility: The Contribute To Change Archive Promo Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to those who are, as of the date of entry, legal residents of the United States and are at least thirteen (13) years of age (those seventeen (17) years and younger (a “Minor”) must have his or her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission before participating in the Promotion) (hereafter “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Concepts International LLC (“Sponsor”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, with Sponsor, “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry submission constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
 
How to Enter: Entries for the Promotion will only be available or accepted from July 13, 2020 at 10:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) until Sunday, July 19, 2020 at 11:59PM ET (the “Entry Period”). The Promotion will begin at the start of the Entry period and will end on Friday July 24, 2020 at the time the winner is announced (the “Promotion Period”).
 
You may participate in the Promotion via one of the entry methods listed below (each an “Entry”):
During the Entry Period, visit www.cncpts.com to purchase your entry ticket(s) online. All ticket sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be given. All ticket sales will be donated to the Boston Chapter of My Brother’s Keeper.
OR,
Mail a “3 x 5” card with your name, mailing address, email address and sneaker size to: Concepts International, Attn: Lobster Archive Promo Entry, 607 Boylston St, 7th Floor, Boston, MA 02116 (“Mail-In Entry”).  All Entries must be postmarked no later than July 19, 2020 and delivered to Concepts by Thursday, July 23, 2020, to be eligible for consideration. If more than one Mail-In Entry is submitted, Each Mail-In Entry must be individually postmarked. You may also visit a Concepts store within the U.S. to obtain a Mail-In Entry form pre-addressed to Concepts (a “Concepts Mailer”). Limit of one Concepts Mailer per individual, available until July 19, 2020 or while supplies last. Conditions: All Entries must be submitted during the Entry Period.  Ticket sales will not be available after July 19, 2020 at 11:59 PM and each Mail-In Entry must be postmarked no later than July 19, 2020. If you submit a Mail-In Entry postmarked after July 19, 2020 Sponsor will not consider the Entry.  You may enter more than once during the Entry Period. Multiple Entries will increase your chances of winning.  Incomplete Entries or Entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be void. Each Entry must be manually entered by the individual Entrant or postmarked individually, as applicable; use of automated technology or similar devices are prohibited. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for or any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Entrants and disqualify such Entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.
 
Selection & Notification of Potential Winner: The potential winner will be selected on Friday, July 24, 2020 in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received by Sponsor. Sponsor will announce the winner on Sponsor’s Instagram account. Sponsor will contact the winner via email and provide contact information for Prize (as defined below) fulfillment.  Winner must then contact Sponsor using the provided contact instructions within three (3) days of notification.
 
Potential winner, or the parent or legal guardian of any Entrant who is a Minor, are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules and Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, which includes releases of liability and publicity, within two (2) days of issuance of notification. Winner may be required to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification that matches the name under which the Winner entered. If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the Winner is the person to whom the applicable social media account is assigned. Noncompliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules, or any notification not being successful or being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the Winner and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate Winner will be selected. Accepting the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s Entry, name, likeness and other biographical information.  Winner has the right to disclaim the Prize and a new Winner may be randomly selected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
 
Prize(s): Sponsor will award one (1) “Fresh Catch Lobster Pack” prize to the Winner. Prize will include: i) one pair of Concepts x Nike SB Dunk Low “Purple Lobster” sneakers, and ii) one pair of Concepts x Nike SB Dunk Low “Green Lobster” sneakers, (collectively, the “Prize”). Winner will select shoe size, but available sizes are subject to manufacturer’s run size (Men’s 7-13, Medium) and Sponsor’s existing inventory. If the Winner’s requested shoe size is unavailable, Sponsor will contact the Winner via email to select an alternative size based on available inventory. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each sneaker is $200.00.  Total ARV of Prize to be awarded in this Promotion is $400.00. Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize they receive. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute cash value or another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable and will be awarded. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  Acceptance of a Prize constitutes Prize Winner’s acceptance of the policies and terms available online at: <https://cncpts.com/pages/policy-page>.   
 
Miscellaneous: The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW.
 
Arbitration & Choice of Law:  As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Streamlined Rules of JAMS and held in Boston, Massachusetts. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Massachusetts. Promotion is subject to all other applicable federal, state, and local laws.
 
Winners List: For the name of the Prize Winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Concepts “Lobster Archive Promo” Sweeps, Attn: Concepts Social Media, 607 Boylston St., 7th floor, Boston, MA 02116. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the close of the Promotion Period.
