Eligibility: The ‘Hidden Promo’ Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to those who are, as of the date of entry, legal residents of the United States and are at least thirteen (13) years of age (those seventeen (17) years and younger (a “Minor”) must have his or her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission before participating in the Promotion) (hereafter “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Concepts International LLC (“Sponsor”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, with Sponsor, “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Promotion Period: The Promotion will begin on November 29, 2021 at 11:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) until November 30, 2021 at 11:59PM (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, you may participate in the Promotion via one of the entry methods listed below (“Entry”):

Visit https://cncpts.com/ during the Promotion Period and search through the text on any webpage on https://cncpts.com/ to find the Hidden Promo code ‘CNCPTS96’ (“Code”). Once you find the Code, contact Concept customer service ([email protected]) and provide screenshot showing the location of the Code. The first five (5) individuals to correctly locate the Code will receive a $100 USD credit (terms and conditions apply*).

Conditions: All Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Code must be located during the Promotion Period. Incorrect and/or incomplete Entries or Entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be void. You must have a Concepts account or create one to redeem the prize. You must provide your Concepts registered email address and it must be your own Concepts registered email address.

Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for or any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Entrants and disqualify such Entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

Selection & Notification of Potential Winner: The potential winner(s) will be selected on November 29, 2021 from all eligible Entries received by Sponsor. Winner must then contact Sponsor using the provided contact instructions within the Promotion Period.

Potential winner, or the parent or legal guardian of any Entrant who is a Minor, are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules and Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, which includes releases of liability and publicity, within two (2) days of issuance of notification. Winner may be required to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification that matches the name under which the Winner entered. If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the Winner is the person to whom the applicable Concepts’ account and email address is assigned. Noncompliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules, or any notification not being successful or being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the Winner and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate Winner will be selected. Accepting the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s Entry, name, likeness and other biographical information. Winner has the right to disclaim the Prize and a new Winner may be randomly selected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prize(s): Sponsor will award five (5) Winners each a $100 credit. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $100. Total ARV of Prize to be awarded in this Promotion is $500. Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize they receive. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute cash value or another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable and will be awarded. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes Prize Winner’s acceptance of the policies and terms available online at: https://cncpts.com/pages/policy-page.

Miscellaneous: The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW.

Arbitration & Choice of Law: As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Streamlined Rules of JAMS and held in Boston, Massachusetts. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Massachusetts. Promotion is subject to all other applicable federal, state, and local laws.
