Eligibility: The CNCPTS ‘Welcome To The Garden’ Drawing (“Promotion”) is open only to those who are, as of the date of entry, i) Legal residents of and residing in the United States; ii) are at least thirteen (13) years of age (those seventeen (17) years and younger (a “Minor”) must have his or her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission before participating in the Promotion (“Entrant”, “you”, or “your”); and iii) are an attendee at CNCPTS’ Pavilion Experience located at Boston Harbor Hotel located at 70 Rowes Wharf, Boston, MA 02110 on October 3 – 4, 2024 (“Event”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Concepts International LLC (“Sponsor” or “CNCPTS”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, (collectively, with Sponsor, “Released Parties”), and distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. Void where prohibited or prohibited by law. Entry submission constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Drawing Rules and Terms (“Official Rules”). Odds of entry being drawn depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Official Rules shall apply to this Promotion by CNCPTS.

How to Enter: 

1. The Promotion begins on October 3, 2024, at approximately 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (U.S. & Canada) (“ET”)) and ends on October 4, 2024, at approximately 7:00 P.M. ET (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, you may participate in the Promotion via the entry method (“Entry”):
   • Scan the QR code on the placard at the ‘Welcome To The Garden’ Pavilion Experience during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions on the landing page by entering your valid email address to subscribe to CNCPTS’ newsletter; OR
   • Visit https://cncpts.com/pages/welcome-to-the-garden and follow the instructions on the landing page and subscribe to CNCPTS’ newsletter by entering your email address.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with Boston Harbor Hotel. After the Promotion Period closes, Entrants should check their email often (this is the only way an Entrant will be notified that their entry was selected).

Conditions: Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. If more than one (1) entry is submitted, Sponsor will only consider the first Entry submitted. Entries are not transferable. Entrants must follow and complete the entry process. Incomplete entries, inaccurate entries, or entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be void. Each entry must be manually entered by the individual Entrant; use of automated technology or similar devices are prohibited. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Promotion, Entrants will be automatically opted-in to receive email announcements and special offers (“Emails”) from Sponsor. Entrants will always have the ability to opt-out of Emails. Opting out of Emails will not decrease your chances of winning.

By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrant’s decision to participate in Promotion makes it possible for Entrant to  purchase certain product from Sponsor, but does not create a contract of sale. Entrant’s participation does not guarantee Entrant’s Entry will be selected. All Entries must be submitted before the end of the Promotion Period. Entrant should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for or any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Promotion.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries or Entrants and disqualify such Entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor may suspend or cancel Promotion in its sole discretion.

Selection & Notification of Potential Winner: Sponsor will randomly draw from all eligible entries received by Sponsor throughout the Promotion Period. All eligible Entries will have an equal chance of selection. The random drawing will be conducted at a commercially reasonable time after the Promotion Period has closed by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. An Entrant whose entry has been drawn (hereafter “Potential Winner”) will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry on or about 48 hours after the random drawing.  Potential Winner, or the parent or legal guardian of any entrant who is a Minor, are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Each Potential Winner will be required to provide their email receipt and a valid form of identification that matches the name under which the Potential Winner entered. Valid forms of identification include, state issued ID, passport, military ID and school ID. If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the Potential Winner is the person to whom the applicable email address used to enter is assigned.

Noncompliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules, or any notification not being successful or being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the Potential Winner and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.
Potential Winner:  Potential Winner receives the opportunity to purchase the Product.  The Product will be in the style and size selected during the notification process and must be picked up at the CNCPTS Flagship store located at 18 Newbury Street, Boston, MA 02116. Potential Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the purchase of the Product. Opportunity to purchase is non-transferable and will be awarded. No substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute for another Promotion it believes is of equal or greater value. Products purchased through the Promotion are “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.

Prize: Sponsor will award one (1) prize consisting of one (1) exclusive pairing of the Tatum 3 and Air Jordan 1 pack, in a custom green double box, autographed by Jayson Tatum. Prize will be allocated as follows: One (1) Prize for the winning Entrant (“Prize Winner”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize is $300.00.  Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in this Promotion is $300.00. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes Prize Winner’s acceptance of the policies and terms available online at https://cncpts.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize they receive. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute cash value or another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable and will be awarded. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

Miscellaneous:   The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to Entrant or any other person arising out of participation in the Promotion, or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Product purchased through the Promotion. Sponsor may send updates via email notifications or Concepts Instagram social posts related to the Promotion.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW. 

Arbitration & Choice of Law: As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Streamlined Rules of JAMS and held in Boston, Massachusetts. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Massachusetts. Promotion is subject to all other applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Winners List: For the name of the Promotion winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Concepts International LLC, Attn: CNCPTS Promotions., 400 E. Stewart Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89101, with the name of the Promotion. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the close of the Promotion Period.
